Commercial tenant improvement project in historic central district building. Spaces included SE corner ground floor w/ connection to basement. The existing mezzanine that belonged to a separate tenant was to remain - our solution treated the mezzanine as a floating white cube to minimize it’s volume and intrusion to the space.
