Skyway Building Rehab

Rehab and seismic retrofit of a 3 storied Belltown building. This concrete building was previously a stable/manufacturing building before becoming the Skyway Luggage office and showroom. The structure was completely retrofited for office space w/ parking in basement and an added rooftop deck for viewing the majestic sunsets to the west. An existing skylight on the east end was maintained as well as many of the original structural elements that were exposed and celebrated throughout.
